You may cancel your request before Harbour City Breakers places the order with the supplier.

Once the supplier order has been placed, we cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations, refunds or exchanges, including changes to your selected size. Please check your sizing and personalisation details carefully.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, email harbourcitybreakers@gmail.com. The club will refer the issue to the supplier for assessment and assist with resolving it. These conditions do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Expected turnaround is approximately five weeks from placement of the supplier order, rather than from submission of your request.

Items are delivered to the club organiser, who distributes them to players before the tournament. Orders are not shipped directly to individual players. Timing will depend on when the minimum quantity is reached and the supplier order is placed.

Club orders require a minimum of five items of each design across players’ requests. You can request individual items; you do not need to purchase five yourself.

Requests are held until enough arrive for that design. The club reviews each batch before requesting payment and placing the supplier order. Submitting a request does not confirm production.
